This is a good Summertime Dessert for everyone to enjoy! Enjoy a little or a lot...
Nectarine-Mint Almond Cobbler with White Chocolate:
8 Fresh Nectarines (halved and seed removed)
1/2 stick of unsalted butter (room temp)
small box of cobbler mix (yes I cheated! 😂 follow the recipe mix)
4 sprigs of fresh mint (chopped finely)
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/2 bar of white chocolate
2-3 tablespoons honey (if you can find Smoked Honey that works great as well)
Sprinkle sugar on halved Nectarines and place on grill for that smoky grilled charred flavor. Once you have good grill marks remove and sliced and set aside.
Mix cobbler ingredients and 3-4 slices of butter and add to the mixture. Then pour in a casserole dish.
Add sliced Nectarines, almonds, mint to mixture and gentle place on top of cobbler mixture sinking the fruit slightly.
Take the rest of the butter and sliced then put on top of mixture.
Add honey and shave (or cut) white chocolate on top
Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes until brown
Server immediately with ice cream of choice. (I suggested vanilla)
Enjoy! 😋
